I would like to give FIS Freeroam to the BOF clan. They're the ones building maps for it and racing on it the most. They have expressed an interest in taking control of it and I'm not totally against the idea. But I wanted to get your thoughts first.

Just change the name to "BOF Freeroam" and add them as admins (some are already I think)... I'm sure you all would stay admins too. It's just that they're the ones primarily using the server, so it seems only fair that their name is on the server.
